Solicitud de verificación al cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-774/04.
Para fundamentar la intervención de la Corte el memorialista adujo que las actuaciones del juez de instancia no habían sido adecuadas ni suficientes y que ello no sólo era contrario al principio de ejecutoriedad de las sentencia, sino que iba en contra de los derechos colectivos de los colombianos.
La Corte decide no asumir la competencia para verificar el cumplimiento de las órdenes impartidas en la providencia de la referencia y, en consecuencia, NIEGA la petición formulada.
